VARYANT SIGNATURE TRAINING
Varyant Signiture Training is a structured, one-on-one workout tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any limitations. It begins with a quick check-in where your trainer asks how you’re feeling and outlines the focus for the day. You’ll then move into a warm-up with light cardio and dynamic movements to prepare your body.
The main portion of the session includes strength training, functional exercises, cardio intervals, and core work, all guided with proper form and adjusted intensity. Your trainer keeps you challenged while ensuring safety and efficiency.
The session wraps up with a cool-down and stretching to support recovery. Before you leave, your trainer provides feedback, tracks progress, and may suggest activities or habits to maintain between sessions, keeping you accountable and consistently improving.
VARYANT LIFESTYLE LAB COURSE
Varyant Lifestyle Lab is a guided, hands-on experience designed to help you build sustainable, real-life habits around fitness and nutrition. You’ll learn how to confidently use a diet tracking app, navigate the grocery store with intention, and create balanced, personalized food choices that align with your goals. Beyond nutrition, we focus on practical strategies to overcome everyday barriers like time constraints, busy schedules, and consistency challenges—so your routine works in real life, not just in theory.
