Product & Label Photos
Plus and Deluxe members can use clear product and label photos to help record food.
Open Product & Label Photos, then send “Hello” in the chat to begin. Follow with your request using the steps and example below. Opening the link alone does not send your request or confirm delivery.
Show the product
Photograph the product and its nutrition label clearly. Include the serving size and the relevant ingredients if needed.
Say what you ate
Tell Coach Vari the quantity you actually consumed, the date, and any additions. Specify whether weights are raw or cooked.
Confirm the record
Review the details with Vari before adding the food to your record. Clarify missing quantities or unreadable label text.
Try saying
“I ate 150 g of this yogurt today. Here are the product and nutrition label. Please use the amount I ate.”
Meal and restaurant plate photo estimates are Deluxe. Personalized meal planning is also Deluxe.
